Individuals with the tenacity and the dedication to make things work better for millions of people all over our country.   Clinical Quality Programs Coordinator- US   Position Description: Works under the direction of the Clinical Quality Director  and Clinical Quality Program staff to coordinate projects that support quality improvement performance measurements/studies and accreditation Supports Clinical Quality Operations team by taking direction on coordination functions related to clinical performance improvement, patient safety programs, NCQA accreditation activities, and quality program operations. Coordinates meetings including scheduling, preparing meeting packets and recording meeting minutes.    Researches and collects documents required on NCQA accreditation, quality improvement and QI regulations and requirements Requests and compiles data for reports and presentations as directed Coordinates the flow of information to health plans Enter data into databases as needed Gather information from other departments as directed.   Other department support as needed   You can be a part of this team. You can put your skills and talents to work in an effort that is seriously shaping the way health care services are delivered.  Locations listed are preferred, but other locations may be considered.   Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED required.  Bachelors degree preferred 2 year degree or equivalent experience required.   Ability to organize work and coordinate meetings. 3+ years experience working in Managed Care Quality.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access databases, Visio required. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
