Clinical Quality Programs Coordinator- US Position Description: Works under the direction of the Clinical Quality Director and Clinical Quality Program staff to coordinate projects that support quality improvement performance measurements/studies and accreditation - Supports Clinical Quality Operations team by taking direction on coordination functions related to clinical performance improvement, patient safety programs, NCQA accreditation activities, and quality program operations.
- Coordinates meetings including scheduling, preparing meeting packets and recording meeting minutes.
- Researches and collects documents required on NCQA accreditation, quality improvement and QI regulations and requirements
- Requests and compiles data for reports and presentations as directed
- Coordinates the flow of information to health plans
- Enter data into databases as needed
- Gather information from other departments as directed.
- Other department support as needed

Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 year degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to organize work and coordinate meetings.
- 3+ years experience working in Managed Care Quality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access databases, Visio required.
- Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of how to access resources such as NCQA, state and federal regulations, contract requirements, etc.
- Functional knowledge of medical terminology required.
