About the job:
Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Network/Pipeline Development and Maintenance--Source, qualify, and manage candidate pipeline for the job types most commonly needed by clients.
  • Quality Submittals and Placements--Work with Hired by Matrix Account Managers to submit, place, and start candidates that best fit our client needs.
  • Consultant Relations--Support your placed candidates and resolve any business issues that develop in the field.
  • Planning, Reporting and Administration--Maintain required data within database, edit resumes, and generate weekly and monthly reports to track personal success rates.

  • Client satisfaction tied to specific goals set with recruiter
  • Timely and accurate reports and notes


Requirements:

  • A proven IT or Non IT recruiting professional with 3+ years recruiting experience in the contract staffing industry
  • Computer Savvy
  • Team Oriented
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate management, successful offer negotiation, and developing and managing a large network of candidates
  • Fearless and self-motivated
  • Sales capability--the ability to sell the candidate on a job opportunity and sell the client on the candidate
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, written, enrollment, and negotiation
  • High degree of  change resiliency and the ability to be open minded in the face of change
  • Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills; has the ability to make trade-offs as priorities change
  • Strong organization and planning skills including follow-though and time management
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn, Job Diva or other applicant tracking/CRM systems a must
