Position Summary

We are currently conducting a search for an experienced, motivated and driven Clinical Recruiter. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience generating candidates experienced in clinical research disciplines for our clients in the Northeast. The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for identifying clinical professionals for positions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and medical device industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Interview applicants to identify and summarize relevant experience
-Follow up with candidates to maintain relationships
-Maintain familiarity with recruiting tools and networking with active consultants
-Working with a team of successful account managers on a daily basis
-Accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Strong customer service skills
-The ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels within an organization (verbally and written)
-Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Minimum Education and Experience
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably recruiting clinical consultants in a contract or direct hire environment.
