Clinical Research Associate II
- Assist with general duties, answering phones, filing, maintaining supplies and retrieving and maintaining records.
- Maintain record keeping and data in multiple computer systems and software- extract, compile and submit data.
- Assist nursing staff with obtaining demographic information, phlebotomy, and other clinical procedures.
- Assist with set up of research protocols.
- Screen for prospective subjects and conduct subject interviews at both on and off campus site locations.
- Pick up and/or process research samples.
- Assist Nurse Manager with other projects and duties as needed. Maintain regulatory on going requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to enhance study team efforts.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a science/health related field preferred. One to two years of clinical research experience in a laboratory or hospital/medical setting. Phlebotomy certificate desirable. Valid California Drivers’ License and proof of automobile insurance required. CPR Certification required. Basic knowledge of office procedures. Knowledge of Word PowerPoint, Excel/Access. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
