Research Manager – Clinical

We are currently looking for a several strong clinical research manager to join our established and growing organization.  The deal candidate  will have several years of experience performing prospective and retrospective health economic research activities under the direction of the project manager.  All candidates need to have supported research activities for Health Outcomes in the following areas: research designs, methodologies, analytical techniques, and reporting (with respect to statistical results).  Candidates will be responsible for collaborating with the project managers to support the research functions that bring high quality reports deliverables, presentations, and other milestones to fruition.  Candidate will be held to utilizing industry standard health economic analytical and statistical techniques.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a B.S., M.S., Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or relevant education and/or equivalent training in health service research, epidemiology or a related field.  Strong study design and statistical analysis skills and proficiency with one or more statistical applications (SAS, Stata) are required. 
• Experience with health plan administrative databases (pharmacy and medical claims) and economic modeling is preferred.
• Post-graduate or post-doctoral training or relevant experience in conducting health service research with experience in biostatistics or epidemiology is preferred.  Managed care, PBM, pharmaceutical, or related experience preferred.
