Kaiser Permanente Antioch, located in the foothills of the suburban Antioch community, is a 146 bed, acute care facility with two adjacent medical office buildings providing a variety of inpatient and outpatient services. Located near the city of Brentwood, Antioch is just under an hour’s drive to San Francisco and only three and half hours away from Yosemite and Tahoe.

The Antioch Medical Center is on the Magnet journey and is in search of applicants that are interested in pursuing magnet status, have published works moving a facility forward to service excellence, or national recognition. We currently have the following full-time positions available:

Clinical Adult Service Director

You will be responsible for inpatient-nursing adult services to include developing and executing strategic plans.

Requirements include:

• A BSN or BA in a health care related field; a master’s degree in nursing, health care, public administration, or business administration preferred
• California RN license
• Substantial nursing experience in patient care (usually 8 years)
• Progressive management experience required (usually 5 years)
• Previous experience working with magnet status hospitals strongly preferred

Administrative Service Director

You will be responsible for administrative nursing services to include, developing and executing strategic

plans, staffing offices including systems, nursing supervisors, quality liaisons, bed control, and lift team/transport,

• Substantial nursing experience in patient care (usually 8 years)
• Progressive management experience required (usually 5 years)
