QUALIFICATIONS:

o    IV infusion experience

o    Clinical patient management

o    Excellent communication skills

o    Home infusion background a plus

o    Infectious disease background a plus

RESPONSIBILITIEs:

o    Manage daily operations of the infusion site

o    Patient management

o    Drug review, preparation and dispensing

o    Patient counseling

o    Clinical monitoring, which includes:

§  TPN monitoring

§  Pharmacokinetic monitoring
