Eliot’s Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
The Clinical Supervisor has clinical oversight and management of a multidisciplinary team located in Gloucester working with adults in independent settings and residential placements.
Responsibilities include: provide clinical supervision to the team, teach and model clinical interventions, utilize and teach strength based strategies, complete intakes into services, oversee treatment planning, complete assessments and assist in crisis planning.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field and must have a corresponding clinical license within the State of Massachusetts and have at least four years experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and at least two years supervisory experience. Candidates are required to have a MA. Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
