Seeking top-notch clinical research support professional for key role with growing specialty pharma.

This is an excellent opportunity for a very sharp, capable and self-motivated clinical support professional.  Client is well beyond its start-up phase (>10 marketed products) but is still experiencing signficant growth.  The clinical group is particularly busy as several pipelined products are hitting critical development milestones.  Need an outstanding Clinical Support Specialist to supplement the team.  This is a Direct Hire position and company will pay top dollar to attract and retain a star.......

Ideal candidate will offer a relevant degree and 4+ years of experience providing clinical support in a similarly busy and high quality environment.  Seek someone with the outstanding organizational skills needed to coordinate the many, many details involved in clinical research and the attention to detail needed to assure quality work product. Big plus would be exposure to international clinical work and phase 1 - 4 exposure.  Some experience working directly for a pharmaceutical firm is strongly preferred but will consider a CRO veteran who demonstrates the skills and excellence described.

Absolutely need someone who offers a broad and thorough understanding of the clinical research process. There is a lot going on.  Need a candidate who can hit the ground running--- and likes to.
