Clinical Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Clinical Team Leader to function in both an administrative capacity and provide direct patient care.  Breakdown of time by percentage is dependent on program needs and changes accordingly.  They serve as an adjunct to the Program Manager by taking on delegated duties and supervise clinical staff, support staff and students.  They oversee the daily operations of a defined program and coordinate staffing and other responsibilities with other Clinical Team Leaders through regular and consistent communication.  The Clinical Team Leader will oversee staff development including mentoring, orientation and competency assessment, fostering professional growth and development of all staff.  They will coordinate program development initiatives while participating in performance improvement activities and contributing to departmental education.  The Clinical Team Leader is expected to serve on committees and participate in special projects within the assigned program, across programs and hospital-wide.  They are expected to collaborate with other disciplines and departments to ensure optimal patient care and operations.  The Clinical Leader will perform evaluation and treatment for patients utilizing therapy procedures and techniques. 

  •  Qualifications   
  • Graduate of accredited allied health professional education program. 
  •  Continuing Education requirements as dictated by PA State licensure requirements. 
  • Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. 
  • CPR recommended
