Immediate opening for FT Therapist for Christian based track in a residential dual-diagnosis treatment facility.
Must be a Registered Intern, Licensed Clinician (LCSW,LMHC,or LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist w/knowledge of Christianity and some ability to apply Biblical scripture in therapeutic interventions.
Some experience with Christian counseling or pastoral ministry is preferred but not required.
Essential Job Duties will include but are not limited to performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. He/She will be responsible for patient caseload and will provide groups, individual, and family therapy. He/She will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning. The Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.
