Z-Tech an ICF International Company is currently seeking a Clinical Trials Analyst to work onsite at the main NIH campus in Rockville, MD.
The Clinical Trials Analyst will:
- Perform quality assurance assessments of the content of the ClinicalTrials.gov database
- Daily reviews of incoming data
- Identify and resolve data processing or content discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Read and edit new records
- Publish time-sensitive records on a daily basis
- Provide content expertise regarding medical data submitted
- Monitor data for trends or patterns of problems (e.g., consistent series of errors from the a single data provider) and notify the NLM QA/QC Supervisor when patterns arise
- Serve as a liaison between data providers (e.g., NIH, industry, universities, and other organizations) and ClinicalTrials.gov and ICF staff
- Provide communications via automated means (current email system: Microsoft Outlook)
Required Skills- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent combined experience/education (minimum 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems creatively and independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priority as directed
- Able to work in fast pace environment with efficient team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent personal skills and ability to work with people at every level
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills- Experience in data management and quality assurance desirable
- Familiar with Adobe Acrobat editing tools
- Experience in HTML and Web development
