Co-Manager

Responsible for creating, promoting, and overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, sales generation, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation, well trained and developed staff, shortage control, safety, and mall/community involvement. Responsible for maximizing store volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, procedures, and techniques. Acts as the pacesetter for the team when generating sales, etc.

Assistant Managers

Assists the Store Manager in creating, promoting, overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, sales generation, proper floor coverage, excellent visual presentation, well-trained and developed staff, shortage control, safety and mall/community involvement. Maintains a friendly, professional behavior/conduct at all times with customers, supervisors
