Requirements:

• BS degree required
  
• Diverse management experience (5+ years of plant operations, engineering, supply chain, distribution, and/or procurement experience preferred).
  
• Overall understanding of the supply chain
  
• Project management skills with new product commercialization
  
• Strong understanding of development, evaluation and utilization of KPI's
  
• Assertive, results oriented self starter
  
• Negotiation and Contract Manufacturing development is a plus.
  
• Flexible and customer/client service oriented.
  
• Desire to approach work as a continuous learning opportunity.
  
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power point, and Access.
  
• Must be willing to travel

Duties:

Responsible for quality, customer Service, inventory, finished goods production, material planning, cost control, cost reduction and vendor relations at the Contract Manufacturing facilities. Provides effective project management for key business growth and productivity improvement initiatives at Contract Manufacturers Develop and maintain business relationships with Contract Manufacturers responsible for manufacturing the companies products. Lead teams to oversee all aspects of operational performance developing KPI's ensuring quality, food safety standards, regulatory policies, customer service and cost requirements of the company are met. Act as a liaison and point of contact between Contract Manufacturers and the functional departments within the Operating Groups. Ensure effective use of resources and communication of priorities by coordinating efforts between Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and Product Supply departments.

Salary: Base: $90K to $115K + 15% Bonus
