Specialty Tapes Manufacturing is a worldwide manufacturer of high performance tapes used in a multitude of applications, and markets such as Industrial, Automotive, Electronics, Framing, Signs and Awards. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for our Franksville, WI location.

• Utilize your printing or machine background to ensure the coating machines are running properly. 
• Learn how to follow the recipe for mixing batch adhesives to create tape.
• Be flexible learning new skills outside of your regular responsibilities.
• Bring ideas to the table to make sure we have the most efficient processes in place.

We require:

·        Vocational training and/or 1-3 years equivalent work experience

·        Have the ability to learn the operation of the coating equipment.

·        Understand the concepts of LEAN manufacturing

·        Have excellent communication skills.

·        Be a forward-thinking person that looks for improvements.

·        Have a good personality and team working skills.
