We are currently looking for the right people, who share our values and excel in the following skills:

Cognos 8.4 Designer

Responsibilities of this position will include: serving as the portal/dashboard designer and metrics designer utilizing Cognos 8.4.  Managing new operational/finance report requests, leading creation of an internal ad-hoc reporting area and acting as the BI Analytic technical resource.

Additional responsibilities include developing and documenting BI Tool set standards, guidelines and best practices and deliver these though training or other knowledge transfer to the rest of the team.

This position will develop standard reporting Templates, perform gap analysis for new and conversion reports as well as working closely with architects and data modelers to address data gaps. Strong expertise with report scheduling, distribution and bursting methodologies is needed.
