PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Collaboration Services Technician (CST) is responsible for providing email solutions and 2nd level user support for Microsoft Outlook, Access, and Exchange.


 


The CST works closely with the Global Support Center for user support escalations.  This includes troubleshooting, providing technical support, submitting change requests, and escalating issues.


 


The CST is responsible for overseeing the Outlook relationship from a license compliance perspective.  A large portion of the position will be solving email solutions and developing a bill back model. Activities include:


         Running and reviewing monthly reports.


         Coordinating clean-up activities (removing inactive mailboxes, etc.).


         Posting monthly reports.


         Establishing chargeback reports for business units.


 


Requirements:


         Must have experience supporting the Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Exchange and Access.


         Must have experience supporting Microsoft server-based applications and Active Directory.


         Must be detail-oriented.


         Must be willing to learn new technologies via content on the Internet, hands on work, and collaboration with team members versus formalized training.


         Must be willing to work after hours as required for projects, support, or collaboration with global team members.


         Must be a self-motivated problem solver operating with limited supervision to help achieve goals for a global team. 



This is a three  month contract position that will start immediately!
