Collections Contract Opportunity!-2 years experience required!

We are currently seeking the best and the brightest Collections Experts for a long term, contract opportunity in a leading community based banking organization. This is a great opportunity for customer service oriented individuals with 2 + years of collections experience.
In this collections position you will get to:
- Handle the collection of accounts and recovering monies owed to the organization in accordance with policies and philosophy of the organization
- Types of accounts include: credit card, home equity, auto, consumer, returned deposits and charge offs
- You will get to work independently and as a team member, using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving
- Showcase your customer service and collections skills and abilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections
- Experience in telephone collections and skip tracing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with real estate foreclosures and legal collections preferred
- Problem solving and strong communication skills required
- Flexible to work hours: Monday-Thursday: 11am-8pm and Friday: 9am-6pm, Rotating Saturdays are required also
