Collection Representatives are responsible for receiving incoming and making outgoing calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner to our clients' customers. You will be trained on how to negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors based on our clients parameters. General experience in a service industry, retail, collections or call center is preferred. Must possess excellent customer service skiils, good computer/keyboarding skills. Must successfully complete company sponsored training program.

Full-time work schedules involve working afternoon through evening, night and weekend hours (part-time & day hours NOT available at this time.) Earn an average of $12-$14+/hr; this includes base pay plus bi-weekly bonus.

Schedules available:

• Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM-9 PM
• Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM-Midnight
• Saturday 8 AM-4 PM, Sunday 2 PM-10 PM, Mon/Tues 10 AM-7 PM, Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM or 10 AM-6:30 PM
• Saturday 8 AM-4 PM, Sunday 2 PM-10 PM, Monday/Tuesday 1 PM-10 PM, Wednesday 1:30 PM-10 PM
