Collection Representative

Position requires result-oriented interaction with a wide variety of customers, as well as attorneys, repossession and insurance companies, bank employees.  Responsibilities include working with customers by telephone, written correspondence, or in person to stimulate and motivate the resolution of delinquency and avoid potential losses.  One to two years collection expertise in a financial institution with knowledge of federal and state collection related laws for various lending products, including personal, automobile, mortgages, and lines of credit required.  Ability to work with various computer software products, including IBS collection system or similar programs.
