Responsibilities for Collection Representatives include:

• Completing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to collect payment of outstanding debts.
  
• Communicating with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  
• Analyzing diverse situations and problem solving.
  
• Resolving disputes related to insurance reimbursement. 

 Qualifications include 1-2 years of prior medical billing experience, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.  The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, the desire to be work as part of a team and the ambition to succeed and grow within the company.
