We are seeking a several customer service, collections representatives in the Louisville area.  The job requires you to communicate with the client's customer base in the name of the client on assigned accounts via phone, email or fax for the purpose of obtaining status of open receivables and pleasantly moving those receivables to payment.

Must be able to articulate well to the customer, direct conversation in a positive manner.  Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge is preferred.
