Collections Specialist

Are you looking for a Part-time Position with a well established Medical facility in the Horseheads NY area?If so, we have just the Job for you. Prepare monthly agings of resident's accounts to determine who needs to be contacted regarding past due accounts. Place phone calls; prepare collections letters and recommend accounts to be forwarded to an outside collection agency.Work on collection accounts weekly.
Meets with family members at admission to determine methods of payment.Contact insurance carriers, collection agency, attorneys, DSS, family members, etc. weekly to ensure collection on accounts.



Looking for Part-time Employment, Medical Background with Medical Collections experience preferred.
