Large company in Roseville is seeking two collection analysts to assist with Chapter 13 bankruptcy accounts. Will be responsible for analyzing accounts to ensure proper handling. Maintain on-going payment and insurance follow-up along with setting up payment plans. Strong customer service skills are required as you will be verifying personal identifying information along with solid written communication to make notations on customer accounts. Generate letters, prepare mail and follow up with work request orders as needed. Must be very familiar with Microsoft programs.
