This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Collections for Tuition Options LLC, one of the largest servicers of institutional student loans. 

Job Duties:

Work specific call queues as directed by VP of Collections to achieve optimum corporate results.

Good customer service and communication skills.  Must be able to use reasoning and product knowledge to effectively and efficiently solve issues. 

Compliance with federal, state and local collection information and legal requirements. 

1-2 years of experience preferred - willing to train the right candidate.  Looking for a self-motivated individual with a disciplined work ethic.  Bilingual/Spanish and experience handling call through an auto dialer a plus.   

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.  Benefits include monthly bonus, medical, dental, prescription and eye care.
