We are actively hiring individuals to join us at our new Tulsa location in the Corporate Woods complex located off 41st and 129th Street. Cavalry Portfolio Services is a financial services company, specializing in Third Party Collections of deficient credit cards, auto loans, cell phone accounts & specialty consumer loans.

The Resolution Specialist (Collector) is responsible for:
- Skip-tracing
- Outbound calling to our customers to determine solutions
- Negotiating and arranging acceptable repayment plans, which can include settlement offers
- Collecting on charged-off debt
- Adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA)
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:
- Computer literate (Windows-based operating systems)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively manage time
- Able to type and enter data accurately while speaking with customers
- Steady, consistent employment history
