Position Overview/Comments:
Achieve your Collections and Customer Service career goals with a worldwide industry leader in electronic security services! Due to continued growth, ADT Security Services, Inc., A division of Tyco Fire and Security, is hiring full-time Collectors to work in our state-of-the-art call center facility located at 4926 Kernan Blvd. South, next to the UNF campus.
Training is paid and the hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and lasts for 5 weeks. Schedule following training is Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm and Sundays from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a day off during the week, to be determined.
Responsibilities:
Join the team responsible for handling first party, low balance collection accounts. This is a very customer service oriented position. We focus on problem resolution and customer retention through the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of all inbound and outbound calls.
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $9.50 -$15.00/hour, plus 10% night-shift pay differential if you work a night shift. If you meet or exceed pre-determined departmental standards for productivity, quality and attendance measures, you will be eligible to participate in our monthly bonus program in which you can earn up to $550/month over and above your base rate.

The dress environment is business casual, Monday-Thursday and dress down on Friday and weekends.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a HS Diploma or GED, 0-2 years of collections experience or a strong interest in learning collections, at least 6 months experience in a customer contact/inbound service environment, knowledge of windows, and a stable work history.
