Currently we are seeking dynamic, career-oriented professionals to join our company as Collectors (All Stages).

These positions are located at our Tempe Service Center located in Tempe off of Kyrene and Elliot, near Interstate 10, Loop 101, and Valley Metro bus lines. 

Position Function:

Pursue past-due accounts according to the Company Standard Operating Procedures and government regulations in order to achieve regional delinquency and default objectives.

Position Responsibilities Include:

·         Responsible for pursuing past-due accounts according to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and government regulations.

·         Work to reduce mortgage delinquency without sacrificing customer service standards or causing unwarranted repossessions.

·         Persuading delinquent customers to become current while using professionalism and tact.

·         Achieve numeric standards for servicing delinquent accounts without sacrificing quality of service.

·         Consistently represent the Company in a professional manner by providing good customer service.

Position Qualifications Include:

·         Post high school education preferred

·         Six months call center (sales or customer service) experience or collection experience required for early-stage collections positions

·         1+ year(s) collection experience, preferably with mortgage accounts, for late-stage collections positions

·         Persuasive and professional communication skills

·         Detail oriented/organized style

·         Ability to meet goals and deadlines

·         Strong numeric aptitude

·         Equipment demands - PC, telephone

·         Physical demands - On the phone for long periods of time

·         Ability to meet department attendance standards
