POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid experience in credit/collections of delinquent accounts.
• Tactful and positive personality in dealing/interfacing with customers.
• Computer saavy-ability to enter data into the ERP System and to utilize the system to establish audit trails and contact points.
• Ability to perform a high volume of calls daily.
• Positive and engaging personality.
• To $15.00 per hour.
