Position Overview:
La’ James International Beauty & Spa College has a fantastic career opportunity at one of our College campus's, to join a well established team as a College Administrator. The College Administrator is responsible for managing the operations of the college to achieve revenues, profits, admissions, and education goals of the company.
Duties:
· Responsible for Day Spa / College facility with 8-10 Direct Reports
· Drive Revenues by achieving admissions budgets, salon/spa/retail sales
· Ensure the deliver of quality education and services
· Oversee staff development and training
· Ensure Customer are treated according to company standards
· Communicates strategies, plans and priorities to the team
· Participates in company meetings and presentations
Skilled Required:
· Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
· Understanding of Profit/Loss Statements and Financials
· Sales Experience – recruiting in the beauty industry preferred
· Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Oral
· 5 years industry / management experience in the Beauty Industry
· Flexible schedule to meet business needs
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
