Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Market and deliver benefits communications and enrollment solutions to decision makers.
• Present and enroll supplemental products solutions to employees.
• Grow your local market share by opening and servicing accounts.
• Develop a sales team by use of strategic recruitment.
• Develop specialized teams focused on key roles.
• Conduct joint field work training.

Applicants must have demonstrated a track record of success as a Sales Manager with Worksite/Supplemental Insurance or experience managing in an insurance-based career agency distribution system. Group insurance sales experience a plus.
