Service Experts, a quality provider of indoor comfort solutions, has immediate openings at our facility in West Knoxville, TN. We are looking for a results-driven SALES professional who will sell residential, light commercial and indoor air quality products and services.
 
Job Accountabilities include:
  • Generating leads through cold calls, referrals and other localized marketing.
  • Focus will be growing our light commercial business
  • Cultivating prospect and customer relationships.
  • Scheduling sales appointments.
  • During the high season, consulting with homeowners regarding the overall comfort in their home.
  • Delivering sales presentations on residential and commercial HVAC products and services.
  • Conducting customer and technical assessments.
  • Collecting information for and performing load calculations.
  • Preparing pricing, presenting proposals, negotiating and closing sales.
  • Planning, executing and exceeding forecasted goals.


Minimum Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of successful lead generation and outside sales experience.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • Excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills.
  • Commercial and Residential HVAC sales experience.
  • Candidates from the following industries are preferred: HVAC, life insurance, financial services, in-home security, water treatment, pest control, home improvement and other residential product and service areas. 
The successful candidate may participate in a sales training program (5 to 6 weeks) and although sales experience is desired, we will consider entry-level candidates with the following skills and behaviors: competitive, persistent, high energy, self-starter. Training and travel expenses are 100% paid by the company. The trainee will receive a competitive training salary during the training period. After training, the successful candidate will receive 100% commissions, company vehicle/auto allowance, sales tools, 401k with company match, and additional benefits upon eligibility.
