About the Job
We are small, family-owned commercial construction general contactor in SE Columbus looking for an individual with 10+ years of experience as a commercial construction estimator. This position will also be responsible for ordering all materials to support the job. Ideal candidates should have in depth knowledge of commercial construction estimating and purchasing. This qualified person will analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare proposals. They will also assist in the selection of vendors and subcontractors. Qualified applicants must have the ability to work well and coordinate with our project management team. Candidate must have strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
