They need an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Estimator to work on a variety of projects in the greater Los Angeles area. Part of the job entails working with other departments like drafting and scheduling.

Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years experience as an estimator in commercial construction, with experience in large medical, public works, municipal and commercial projects.
· Experience working for a General Contractor, rather than a construction management company.
· Four-year degree would be a plus.
· Local candidates preferred.
