Commercial Customer Service Specialist - Located in North Houston - Direct Hire
About the Job
One of the leading chemical production companies in the Americas is actively searching for a proven performer in internal and external business relations. The ideal candidate will have quality experience in commercial logistics and be able to utilize their customer-oriented background in order to successfully manage client accounts.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage the full cycle of customer orders to ensure client satisfaction
- Initiate and nurture customer relationships in order to meet business development goals
- Thoroughly investigate, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner to preserve high standards of business
- Work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
