Established in 1978 and headquartered in Hartland, WI, R C Insurance Services, Inc. has become one of the fastest growing full-service Insurance Agencies in the area.  An independent agency,  R C Insurance Services, Inc. represents 50 different insurance companies.  We are currently seeking motivated Insurance Producers with ambitious goals and a commitment to excellence.
 
We’re looking to hand-select two Commercial Insurance Sales Producers to join our growing team and brand new, state-of-the-art, corporate facility in Hartland, Wisconsin, located 30 minutes west of Milwaukee.

Seeking Individuals to:

• Generate new business production through the sale of commercial property & casualty insurance products.


• Set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures and present alternative insurance solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients.


• Prospect for new clients, utilizing own networking skills and company’s system of providing personalized leads.  Interview clients for potential risk.  Collect appropriate underwriting material to submit to various underwriters.  Present completed quote to client and close sale by using strong communication skills.
