Small Employee Benefits Company, with large client base looking for P&C INSURANCE LICENSED AND EXPERIENCED team player to help take business to the next level in a fast pace, high energy, lively work environment. Need to be comfortable with small work environment. Be able to work independently and as a team with co-workers. Primary focus is to sell P&C products and service current client base while establishing own clientele. Producer with existing book of business welcome!
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Marketing and selling P&C products to new and existing clients
· Renew existing accounts
· Interact with prospect, clients and carriers in a professional manner on phone and face to face
· Must have P&C experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent; preferable College Degree
· MUST HAVE P&C and EXPERIENCE in P&C business
· Strong knowledge of P&C business with a minimum 2 years P&C experience
· Excellent organizational & time management skills
· Strong ability to adhere to detail; keen ability to multi-task
· Outstanding Customer Service skills
· Knowledge of AMS Management System
