Commercial Lines Underwriter
About the Job
My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Underwriter to help them grow their book of small size commercial lines insurance business. They are a standard lines carrier writing business through the independent agency system. This is a multi-line position handling new and renewal business in Pennsylvania.
The company has an excellent benefits program and will assist in any needed relocation.

-5+ years experience in standard commercial lines insurance underwriting.
-Knowledge of the local agents is not necessary if moving from another area of the country, but previous experience working with independent agents is a must.
-Experience writing commercial multi-lines coverage.
-Strong people skills.
-College degree preferred and professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, etc. would be a plus.
