The ideal candidate should have 5 plus years of financial sales experience in the southern California area. Must have a large existing client base, excellent sales skills and established referral sources to consistently generate new business.
Bachelors degree or higher (preferably in finance or business) is required for all positions.
The following is a list of our current openings: COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Creekside Capital the main division of Creekside Capital Advisors, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial loan officer in the southern California area. The ideal candidate is a consistent top producer with 5 plus years experience in originating commercial real estate loans, apartment loans, business loans and SBA loans. Must be experienced in commercial loans ranging in size from $500,000 to $50 million. Experience in SBA lending, owner-user/investor commercial real estate finance, apartment financing and C&I finance. Experience preferably comes from a structured commercial banking background. Investment banking, business banking, commercial underwriting, CMBS, commercial real estate sales/leasing and middle markets lending background is a plus. Excellent working knowledge of complex commercial loan scenarios is needed. Ability to quickly calculate debt coverage ratio and net operating income is required. An active or ability to obtain a California Real Estate salesperson or brokers license is required.

The ideal candidate has 5 plus years experience in representing tenants, owners and investors in commercial real estate sales, acquisitions and leasing transactions. Experience preferably comes from a large southern California commercial real estate brokerage firm. Must be self-sufficient and able to handle every aspect of a commercial real estate transaction. Must have proven sales and transactional experience in Industrial, Investment and/or Office product types within the southern California marketplace. Extensive knowledge is required about several commercial real estate types including office, industrial, retail and multi-family.
