Job Description
Your ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents, and respond to common inquiries will be key as you provide a full range of banking services to commercial customers. Drawing on your superior communication and interpersonal talents, you will handle complex relationships as you call on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, fees and electronic banking services. You will be called upon to determine credit eligibility, prepare loan narratives, ensure loans meet appropriate criteria, and effectively cross-sell products. Your 5-8 years of commercial lending experience are backed by a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, and the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. You must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions, deal with abstract data, and present information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Call on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, fees and electronic banking se
  • Analyze financial statements and business conditions to deduce a credit decision
  • Generate and service a portfolio of greater than $20 million in loan outstanding
  • Participate in a variety of community-oriented and professional organizations

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in Commercial Lending
  • PC proficiency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
