A fast growing, publicly traded regional bank is looking for a loan review specialist in the Eugene/Springfield area.  The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Loan Review. 

They are looking for someone who has experience reviewing commercial documentation and is experienced with the preparation of very high level, complex commercial loans, maybe someone with a Para-legal background. 

 The bank caters to a client base of special needs and this individual must be creative in establishing the documents needed, while keeping the banks best interest at hand.  They are looking for an individual who can work outside of cookie cutter documents.  This individual will work closely with the in-house counsel to establish creative documentation.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of commercial underwriting, monitoring, loan documentation, loan collateral, workouts and policies and procedures.  Full knowledge of Laser Pro is also required. 

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills along with a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, loan policies and collateral perfection.
