With the corporate location in west Los Angeles and asset work-sites in 3 states, we are presently looking to strengthen our Leasing team.
Our Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated Leasing Agent to join our Dallas/ Fort Worth team.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will report to the Asset Manager. You will be a key member of the leasing process for two of our office buildings.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain an accurate in depth knowledge of all aspects of the properties; to include all vacancies, small tenancy, major tenants, and lease expirations
· Show vacant space
· Cold Call potential tenants and brokers
· Help with Property Management for the building
· Communicate the features and benefits of the properties to brokers and prospects directly
· Inform supervisor of market conditions and marketplace feedback
Requirements:
•Candidate must have a bachelor's degree
•Sales experience required
•Commercial leasing experience preferred
•Real Estate License preferred
• Strong communication skills with both internal & external customers and at all levels within the organization
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to successfully maneuver within both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
• Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
•Ability to read and understand commercial lease documents.
•Computer literacy is a must - especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
