Marcus & Millichap offers extensive training and development programs for individuals just starting their careers. Our training program focuses on developing skills throughout the brokerage continuum and lays the groundwork for a successful career in investment brokerage. Working with one of our seasoned investment professionals, new associates learn the essentials of the investment brokerage business, including critical research, marketing and relationship-building skills.
We currently have Agent positions available in our Encino, Downtown Los Angeles and West Los Angeles offices. While we are 100% commission based, there are no limits to your income potential. Six figure incomes are common in an agent’s second to third year and top performers can achieve high six and seven figure annual incomes.

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree or better. We will give special consideration for sales, real estate or financial experience. A Real Estate License is not required for an interview but is preferred.
