Job Requirements:


 


Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required


Real estate and paralegal experience preferred


Paralegal experience a plus


Ability to prioritize projects and to respond to multiple requests from several team members


Strong attention to detail


Ability to work well with clients, customers, vendors, and office team


Strong communication and writing skills


Accuracy and strong proofreading skills required


Profiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation


Meeting organization skills


Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)         


Requires discretion and confidentiality


 


Job Responsibilities:


 


Assist management with special projects


Maintain legal forms and files for all leasing and brokerage transactions


Support leasing and brokerage team in marketing efforts


Provide backup for other administrative positions


Prepare general office correspondence
