Marcus & Millichap offers extensive training and development programs for the most junior to the most senior agents. Our training program focuses on developing skills throughout the brokerage continuum and lays the groundwork for a successful career in investment brokerage. Working with one of our seasoned investment professionals, new associates learn the essentials of investment real estate brokerage, including relationship-building and sales skills, financial analysis, market research, and strategic business planning.

We currently have Agent positions available in our Atlanta Office. While we are 100% commission-based (no salary or draw), there are no limits to your income potential. Through hard work and a relentless commitment to excellence, a new agent should expect to earn a six figure annual income in their second to third year, with the Firm’s top performers consistently achieving high six and seven figure annual incomes.
