RECRUITING PROCESS
The interview process at Eastern Consolidated is quite extensive. A preliminary telephone interview is set up for qualified candidates. Upon the successful completion of the first interview, an ideal candidate will continue through the process to meet the Principals representing Eastern Consolidated as well as a number of Directors of the firm. Successful candidates are admitted to a training program and afforded the opportunity of mentorship.
