Requirements

Candidates must have a college degree, and absolutely be self-motivated, aggressive, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature.  Responsibilities include:  negotiations, prospecting, underwriting, property valuation, market research, deal making and transaction management.  Six figure incomes are very common in an agent’s second to third year. Strong math skills and an understanding of financial markets and models are essential.
