Commercial Replacement Specialist

About the Job

What you will do

  • Handle
    incoming calls and other correspondence from customers and commercial outside
    sales staff in order to provide quotations, sales orders, direct ship orders
    and information regarding status of orders.

  • Assists
    Commercial Outside Sales personnel in developing potential and established

  • Provide
    quotations from customer bid lists and small project takeoffs.

  • Provides
    application, technical and cross-referencing assistance to internal and
    external customers.

  • Provide
    timely and accurate quotations to customers and accurate order processing

  • Help
    enter, maintain, and update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with
    warehouse, answer sales calls and general inquiries.

  • Generate
    pre-bid Scopes and submittal packages and be able to provide post job closeout

  • Calls on contractors as directed by the Sales Manager. 

  • Provides technical assistance or information. 

  • Maintains customer data
    files using CRM.

  • Other duties may be assigned. 

What we
look for

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a
    related field or equivalent combined education and experience. 

  2. A minimum of 5+ years light
    commercial HVAC experience. 

  3. Demonstrated performance
    history and knowledge of the Commercial HVAC industry

  4. Proficiency in a Windows operating environment,
    including email and Microsoft Office software. 

  5. Strong interpersonal skills and decision making

  6. Highly motivated
    self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management

  7. Effective and professional
    communication and organization skills.
