Ameridian Specialty Services, Inc. is an established, full service General Contracting and Roofing services company that specializes in commercial roof installation and maintenance. On site, we have a full service metal fabrication shop, allowing us the ability to construct U.L. approved Architectural Roof Panels and wall and soffit panels, including Commercial Zinc Wall Panels.

About the Job

We are looking for an individual with 10+ years of experience as a commercial roofing estimator who is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates for jobs in a fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing company. Ideal candidates should have in depth knowledge of Retro-fit and single ply roofing systems, possess the ability to estimate both public and private sectors for both new construction and re-roofing, and have experience with government contracts. Qualified applicants must have the ability to work well and coordinate with our project management team. Experience with estimating software is a must. Competencies in Microsoft Office and solid mathematical skills are required. Job responsibilities include inspecting and surveying roofs, and must be able to climb ladders for roof access.
