They are searching for a seasoned middle market commercial banking professional. This individual would be responsible for creating and managing a commercial production team from scratch. The banks target market is middle market relationships with wholesalers, manufactures and distributors in the greater LA area.  They are searching for a real player/coach here, someone who can effectively manage a commercial production team while also growing their own book of business. Anytime you build something from scratch, you can expect some inherent risks, but you can also count on a major payoff with one of the most generous compensation packages that I’ve seen. Requirements:

·         At least 7-10 years of commercial banking experience, including production management

·         Local book of business compromised of manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors with annual sales up to $100MM

·         Formal credit training

·         Experience with and ability to build and grow commercial production team
